360Bend is a printing technology company based in Toronto, Canada. 360Bend’s innovative algorithm will change the way images are printed on 3-dimensial shapes. The ability to easily and accurately print images on 3-dimensional shapes will open the industry to new product offerings for customers to personalize and meet their unique needs.
The rise of the customized products is a natural evolution in today’s instant gratification economy. Consumers have grown accustomed to having access to on-demand, customized services. There one aspect of customization that printers continue to struggle with, that is printing a 2-dimensional image on a 3-dimensional shape. There are problems with the calibration, the underside imaging is compromised, and the slopes are never correct. Giving printers the ability to print on a 3-dimenstional shapes quickly and easily would be landmark in the industry.
This is now possible with 360Bend’s innovative algorithm and methodology. Our web application will allow anyone to take a selfie and produce an image that can be effortlessly printed on a 3-dimensional product. This gives printers the ability “made to order” product that respond to consumers’ customization demands.
